Where to Meet Your Black Car at Midway International Airport

Proceed to baggage claim and collect checked luggage before contacting your chauffeur or dispatcher for curbside pickup.

Use the contact instructions in your reservation confirmation. You will receive the vehicle description, license plate, and the door where you should meet your chauffeur.

The airport designates the lower-level center lane near Doors 1 and 2 for limousines and suburban taxis.

Allow for terminal traffic
Midway advises that a prearranged vehicle can take approximately 3–10 minutes to reach the designated pickup location, depending on airport traffic.
Meet-and-greet option
Meet-and-greet service can be arranged in advance. Midway provides livery parking, and the airport estimates the walk from baggage claim to the vehicle at approximately 5–7 minutes.
